Setup Guide

The dashboard has a live version of this checklist under Setup guide in the sidebar. It reads your server and tells you which steps are already done. This page is the same ground, written out in full.

Before you start

• A Discord account that owns the server, or has Administrator on it.
• The bot invite link. The button in the corner of the dashboard login page generates one for you.

Step 1 — Invite the bot

1. Open the invite link and pick your server from the dropdown.
2. Leave the requested permissions as they are for now. The bot needs to read and send messages, manage roles for shop purchases, and moderate if you turn filters on. You can trim them later in Discord under Server Settings → Roles.
3. Authorise, and finish the CAPTCHA.
4. Slash commands can take up to an hour to appear the first time. Restarting Discord usually speeds that up.

Step 2 — Sign in to the dashboard

1. Go to the dashboard and log in with Discord.
2. Pick your server in the sidebar. Everything you change applies to that server only.
3. If the server list is empty, the bot is not in a server you administer yet.

Step 3 — Point the bot at your channels

Settings → Channels. Four channels can be set, and any you leave unset simply turn that kind of message off:

• Welcome — greets new members as they join.
• Logs — moderation actions and bot activity.
• Tasks — new tasks and completions.
• Shop — purchases and shop updates.

Settings collect your edits and save together, so make all four choices and press Save changes once.

Step 4 — Decide who can run it

Settings → Roles & access. Admin roles can change anything the bot does. Moderator roles get the moderation commands only. Set at least one admin role, or you will be the only person who can act.

One catch worth knowing: the bot can only hand out roles that sit below its own role in your Discord role list. If a shop purchase fails to grant a role, that is almost always why.

Step 5 — Name your currency

Settings → Economy. Members earn this for finishing tasks and spend it in the shop. Give it a name that fits the server, and pick a symbol that shows next to a balance.

Step 6 — Give people something to do and something to buy

• Tasks are jobs a member claims, completes and gets paid for. Set a reward, how long a claim lasts, and whether proof is required.
• Shop items are what they spend it on. An item can grant a role, be limited in stock, or be something you hand over manually.

An economy with nothing to buy stalls within a week, so add at least one of each before you announce it.

Step 7 — Tell your members

Announce → New announcement for a plain post, or the Saved embeds tab for something richer. Either can go out immediately or be scheduled. A saved embed can be sent again to any channel whenever you need it.

When something is not working

• The bot is online but ignores commands. Check the permission overrides on that specific channel in Discord, not just the server-wide role.
• Slash commands do not appear. Give Discord up to an hour after the bot joins, then fully quit and reopen the app.
• A role will not apply. Drag the bot's role above the role it is meant to grant, in Server Settings → Roles.
• Users is empty. Members appear once they interact with the bot. On a fresh install that list starts empty and fills in on its own.
• A setting did not stick. Settings only save when you press Save changes; the bar appears at the bottom as soon as you edit anything.

Embed Builder: A full Discord embed editor with a live preview. Set the message text, author, title and title link, description, colour, up to 25 fields (inline or stacked), image, thumbnail, footer with icon and timestamp. Import or copy the embed as Discord JSON, save it for reuse, send it to any channel (now, after a delay, or at a set time), duplicate it, or paste a message link to edit an embed the bot already posted.

Server Settings: Configure bot behavior, set log channels, and customize bot status.

Master console (bot owner only)

Signing in with the master login adds a second, violet-accented section to the sidebar. It is fleet-wide rather than per-server, and server owners never see it:

Overview: Bot process state, uptime and gateway latency, servers live versus known to the database, members reached, and totals for users, tasks, shop items, embeds and giveaways — plus warnings when Discord and the database disagree.

Servers: Every guild the bot knows about in one table — search, filter by tier, and per server: open it in the CMS, change its subscription tier, resync it, or make the bot leave.

Bot: The global presence every server sees (activity type and status text, with a live preview), the bot's identity and latency, and the invite link.

Ads: Delivery stats and the priority/weight of each ad client.

Audit: Every CMS and moderation action across all servers, newest first, with failures flagged.
